Salon Policy

Once the service is rendered, there is no refund. If you are not satisfied with our service, we can immediately rectify the service by providing an alternate technician.

We stand behind our work for every client. chipped or broken nails at fault by our staff can be repaired within three (3) days of service.

children in the salon must be supervised and comply at all times, due to the use of chemicals

Late Policy

We Will always try our best to accommodate you, if you are running behind. However, late arrivals can affect the remainder of our team’s day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. After a 10 minute Grace Period, We will not be able to guarantee your allotted time slot. Please Call ahead if you’re running late so we can work better to accommodate
